a pleasant news to Mig-3 lovers. Based on the information on AIF board (Russian) there was tested freshly built Mig-3 with Alison engine. This picture was made during testing at LII. thank you for posting these images. On my book, a small image of this plane is described as a modification of the one shown at MAKS 2005, but now it's clear that this is wrong and n.17 is a wholly new plane.
