Title: New 1/48 Yak-1b from Amodel? Post by: John Thompson on March 24, 2010, 02:13:48 AM In this thread on Scalemodels.ru (the topic is apparently "what new kits do modelbuilders want Amodel to release?"), one of the posters, "Otm", who is obviously brilliant and thinks clearly and wisely, asks for a 1/72 Yak-1b. Eventually the thread turns to the possibility that Amodel are actually working on a Yak-1b, but in 1/48 scale. If true, and considering the level of detail in Amodel's recent kits, this should be quite impressive (I might have to give up and start buying 1/48!).
