But it IS Russian!  I couldn't help myself, so I ordered one of these.  1/350 Sevastopol battleship.  Maybe one day I'll even get to build it!

Hi JP,
a nice piece of plastic and metal.
I read in one modeller magazine that if some is tired from a "lot of" details in 1:48 planes he should build ship in 1:350 where everything is much smaller and in much bigger quantities. Then coming back to 1:48 planes is just a relax ;)
I will be happy to see your Sevastopol finished one day.

PS: It can fly, at least piece by piece after a huge internal ammunition magazines explosion  :)

That is the extensive photo etch set along with metal guns.  To do a ship "right" these days requires such an effort.
