Title: La-5F in German marks for a movie Post by: Massimo Tessitori on March 08, 2015, 09:16:57 PM Hi all.
here are some photos of an uncommonly painted La-5F http://alex-n10.livejournal.com/3436.html (http://alex-n10.livejournal.com/3436.html) The plane, n.74, is painted in fictious German marks for a movie; it is not a captured plane. This is indeed a La-5F. Were they making a war movie? I used google translate, but i still can't figure out what they did... Title: Re: La-5F in German marks for a movie Post by: Massimo Tessitori on March 09, 2015, 06:33:06 AM Hi Remco,
I used the same method. The text is not fully clear, but it's the sense. The n.74 is still a factory bort number, the last digit of the s/n reported in the text. The photos of the other La-5s in German marks are, I think, of really captured and remarked planes.
