Printig/paper quality is definitelly below western standards for illustrated books, but still acceptable. Text is not new: the same text appeared in 1999 as a special issue of Aviamaster magazine dedicated to Yer-2 (http://books.gigaimg.com/avaxhome/b5/1c/00121cb5_medium.jpeg) There are some additional photos in the new book and few apendices more, mostly documents.
