Title: Il-2 flown by Anna Yegorova Post by: flyingyak on August 28, 2012, 04:36:28 PM Good day all. I am interested in modeling one of the Il-2's flown by Anna Yegorova. I've search the web and have found only one picture of her with her Il-2. The pic only shows the prop - no fuselage detail, tail #, etc. I also have a few Il-2 related books, again with no specific info.

At least it's the only one I've ever seen. Considering when she was shot down, November 1944, she would have been flying an arrow with a three-colour scheme, but what bort number, which exact camouflage pattern, etc., is anybody's guess.
