This is the detailed technical manual that I've been looking for, for years - thank you and Musa for making it available! There a lots of detailed schematics of all the systems, and some nice structural drawings. Some will no doubt find their way into my book (I wonder how Russian copyright laws apply to 69-year old VVS RKKA technical manuals?).

John Yes, this reference ("Spravochnik" in Russian, I believe) has some excellent diagrams. Of course, thank you again Musa! If you find any more GPW Il-2 documents, I would be very interested (I already have the 1942 Flight Manual, in both Russian and English). Regards, Jason |
