Title: Lavochkin La 176 Prop&Jet 1/72 resin finished

I scratchbuilt one of these awhile ago never believing that anyone would produce a decent kit but Musa has done it.

A growing family. My scratchbuilt version is at the back. An La 174 (La 15 prototype) is a left - a rush job from an old kit of Russian origin.

However the new style resin canopy is not without its problems

Hi John, was your scratchbuilding based on a Mystere IV of Matchbox?

Massimo - No it started life allegedly as a 176 and ended up as a mixture of that kit and a Mig 15. See the following for details
