a new Tu-22 of Modelsvit has been released. http://www.flankers-site.co.uk/model_tu-22.html (http://www.flankers-site.co.uk/model_tu-22.html) (link from Tapani) So, the highly unaccurate Esci/Italeri kit is obsolete now, having a better alternative. I don't know if I'll buy this model because of space, but I'm glad that this beautiful plane has a good reproduction now. The kit looks amazing in the box. The instructions and decals are excellent. But as I've learned over the years about these Russian/Ukrainian companies, you don't really know until you build it. |
