Title: Re: Biplane Post by: learstang on May 04, 2019, 06:04:48 PM It still has the pre-war star. Massimo, is that undersurface AII Aluminium?

I think that it could be blue as planes of 1940-early 41. I think that there is a metallic panel under the star, if it was a case of green uppersurface repainting from a prewar auminum-grey plane the panel should contrast on the fabric background. yes, but in 1938-39. I-15 bis, I-16 and similar. Else, it could be that some silver-grey planes were repainted green in 1940-41. Regards Massimo |
