Gentlemen,

recently I stumbled across this color profile of a Yak-1M, flown by Gordey Grigoryevich Klimenko in the 156 Gv.IAP (Source: Piston Engined Yak-Fighters 1941-1945, by A.V.Stankov). Now, as my russian isn't that good, can anyone please translate the caption for me? And is there any original photograph of this aircraft? Unfortunately there is none in Stankovs book..
