Have a look at these - it's a general set of Yak-9 drawings from a book called "Yak-9 - Soldier of the Sky", and I believe they are considered to be the most accurate available. The Yak-9T is in file 07-Jak-9 Roman.tif:

The book can be found somewhere on the Internet for download, although if I remember correctly, the download doesn't include the drawings - these were a separate insert into the book, not printed in the book itself, so I guess whoever scanned and posted the book couldn't do the large, folded drawings for some reason. The book does have useful sketches and "walkaround"-type photos in it, though. And of course, there are a couple of good Yak-9 walkarounds on the Internet which would apply in many ways to the Yak-9T as well:
