The standard for postwar Yugoslav planes was either Single Gray uppers and lightblue lower (as seen on Il-2, Yak-3 and Bf-109 at the Surčin Museum), Or Gray and green upper cammo as seen on museum's F-47D (similar to British cammo, but again light blue lower surfaces were used).
64 Pe-2s were obtained from USSR in 1945, and a further 89 in 1947 from Bulgaria as war reparation, these were extensively overhauled.
Here you can see the pathetic state in which the sole remaining Pe-2 is "preserved" somewhere at the backyard of the museum
