Isaw those two vacuformed kits in the web:

are they the same one ?
do someone know them?
are they accurate?

I'd would think not the same kits. War Eagle gives a US addresss, and has templates for the landing gear.

The Byplanes kit is British, from the late 70's, I remember it being available, along with some other kits, I think it has injection landing gear, a member on Britmodeller built back then, but he no longer has the kit.
No idea about accuracy.

There was/is a site which lists 1/48th vacforms, but not much info.
