hello
some time ago there have appeared on ebay very interesting picture of Mig-3 with overall white. Quite rear to meet Mig-3 in such painting.

great image, worth a profile.
Do you think that the dark trace in front of the number is casual?
Note that, despite the snow has disappeared, the white paint doesn't look washed off at all. In my opinion, it's a permanent paint, not a washable one.

I have no clue about the trace in front of digit.
But that the overall white paint is permanent I am almost sure.
Please note an irregular shape of the star on the fuselage.
