Hi !
Anybody who knows what colors the propellerblades had on russian aircraft ?
Were they natural metal, black, green or grey ?

it depends on the type and year. On many types they were all black, without yellow tips. On other types they were auminium with black rear face. On some photos they appear of the same color of the external of the plane, that is white, green or even camouflaged.

Propellers could have 3 types of tips - yellow, red, or white. It was due to the regulation that the end of prop should be visible to the ground crew to avoid accidents.

it appears rarely on photos that I've seen.
Sometimes it appears soft, painted by airbrush.
