1/48 South Front La-5

Hello,
I began the year with this model: a 1/48 La-5 from South Front. This La-5 was "very probably" flown by Spanish Ace Francisco Merono Pellicer from 960 IAP during winter 1942-43. There is no evidence that he flown this particulary aircraft but some pictures of him have been taken near of her.

That looks very nice.  I built the Southfront kit a while back.  It was not an easy kit to build and you did a great job on it.

I've always liked the "razorback" La-5.  Brilliant job on the weathering, Steph, great-looking model!

First thank you all for your nice comments.
Pascal, it's difficult for me to tell my opinion in english. So, I'm going to try but...
Regarding the Zvezda kit, I built the La-5FN not the La-5 and I had some problem with the assembly between wings and fuselage...I began another kit and I changed the steps of building and no problem...
Regarding the South-Front kit, it's "short run" but with some work it's nice to build. The problem is for the assembly between wings and fuselage too but more easy to correct than the Zvezda kit with "some" putty...
