Yes the book is 100% in Russian.  Photos on almost every page, say about 100?
Printig/paper quality  is definitelly below western standards for illustrated books, but still acceptable.

Text is not new:  the same text appeared in 1999 as a special issue of Aviamaster magazine dedicated to Yer-2



There are some additional photos in the new book and few apendices more, mostly documents.
