here is the actual state of the image. I've added the shoulders strap and medals of Tikhomirov and some other pilot. Some shoulder staps are still missing, please let me know how they should be.

On the whole, I am not too satisfied about how the image is coming out, but I've not good ideas on how to improve it.  Undecided
If you need, I can send a larger one.

They are the same actually, except for extra blue line in the middle going through... The image is as good as it gets...

I think you have to remove the blue from snow at first, then make boots less orange and more brown... More human colour of faces would also be nice...

Still, warmer and more pinkish colour of the skin required, with a little more "blushness" on the cheeks. The way it looks now they are a bit... Chineese. darker color on the boots required as well as a bit dimmer orders on T.'s chest - they are too sharp.. More like on his friends.
