 so,

right now, we can observe the word "flieger"  (up on the 632) and at the end "Juli 1941" (july of 1941)

I think to read something as Russjagerflieger ... doppel (wing?)... july 1941. Not a place, only a banal comment and the date.

well, her is the definitive answer:
a member of my forum went to a german forum and this is the answer:
Quote from: koukan

wich means:
militar pilot in the east front in july of 1941 (militar was written with two L)

internet is fantastic isn't it ?

Dankesch?n Xan,  Smiley
Merci beaucoup to all who replied to your question.

Amazing how modern Germans can't read something written only 60 years ago...  it's hard to find internet resources; following are the most usefull:
Various styles for capital letters - http://www.kindredroots.com/What/germanletters/germanletters_caps.htm
Lower case letters - http://www.kindredroots.com/What/germanletters/germanletters_lc.htm
Here you may click on each letter and see individual strokes - http://script.byu.edu/german/en/kurrent.aspx

IMHO, it reads:
"Russischer flieger von _r_ff_nsow Juli 1941"

All this is for a Russian forum - if fourth word is a toponim, we will know what fighter regiment used vertical red line (on ridders) and small red star (on tailfins) as its markings.

Thanks again,KL

Maybe some expert of German planes could try to identify the unit of the Dornier, maybe this can indicate the location in that date.

new interpretation is;

"Russchisher flieger von Russensau Juli 1941"
"To Russian pilot from the Russian swine"
Russian swine is I-153 fighter!

It looks now that photo was taken by a sarcastic German soldier who was a peasant before drafted into the millitary service...

Those who flied these planes saw them as seagulls.  to German peasants they looke as

Everything is there:  pig's snout looks as frontal engine cover, ears look like gull-wings, legs, fuselage.....
