Hi Walker,  Smiley

Top profile is OK. IMHO, "21" was parallel on right side too.

There is a small part of number "2" on plate which covers hinge,  see below:

On your right side profile number "2" is far away from this cover.  Number 1 isn't so crucked too...
Wavy horizontal line in number "2" may had end like "2" on the plane with number "20"  Huh  Huh:

Cheers,

No, I disagree. This is a completely different figures. The slope of the "2" fixed.

Hi Walker,  Smiley

1.  IMHO, the "swan neck" is somewhat more regular - the lines should be straight were close to blue lines:

2.  Black outline is thinner, maybe as thin as Red Star black outline.

3.  Wawy horizontal line shouln't be longer whan the width of the "swan neck"

Red "9" outlined in white is also original Soviet squadron number!  Le Bourget I-153 is assembled by Germans from parts - four wing consoles originally belonged to four different planes...  One wing is green/blue.  Most parts are from 138 iap planes.  Ruder is probably grom 46 iap I-153 (based at Mlinuv airfield when captured).

Supposedly, iap is correctly written in small letters..., not in capital letters.  Roll Eyes

Hi Walker,  Smiley

a couple of notes more:

-  Numbers "1" and "2" should be closer to each other - approx 80% of number "1" width.

-  Le Bourget I-153 had red "9" outlined in black during the years when displayed at the Musee de l'Air.

I'm afraid that it's too late to correct. Decal sent to print.
