Hi guys,

My name is Remco. I am 33 years old, married and have a 1 year old son. I live in the netherlands in a place called Wormer, North holland provence.
I made my first model at the age of 13. It was the academy mig-29 fulcrum on 1/48 scale and was ever since intrested in russian stuff. I had a pause, but went back to modeling in 2005. I can dream a T-34 tank, and currently i a am busy on the VVS planes. My VSS specialties are the lavochkin familly (lagg-3, la-5, la-5f, la-fn and the la-7). Still learning some new stuff every day about it. A couple of my models i have to make are the folowing (all in 1/48 scale);
- lagg-3, la-5, la-5f, la-5fn, la-7
- Petlyakov Pe-2, Pe-3, Pe-3 with gneis radar
- Il-2
- yak-1, 3
- mig-3
Some jets...
-yakovlev yak 38
-Sukhoi Su-33

Special thanks to John and Massimo

Regards,

Remco

Welcome to the site, Remco!  If you have any questions about the Il-2, I'm reasonably knowledgeable.

Best Regards,

Jason

Thanx for the nice welcome guys!
Jason, if i make my il-2 youre the first i call to!
Massimo, i have to make all of these aircraft i mention above.
Currently i am working on my mig-3 and the work is almost completed. The painting process will start soon. I need a bit off help with the interiorcolors. If you like i can make a build thread off it.
I am also making this plane for a dutch magazine...
I can also do some kit and some upgrade reviews for these kits above if you like.

I have some expirence building tanks, not aircraft. Sorry.
The mig wil be no.1.
Regards,
Remco

What i make is the plane of Capain Chuvilev, Kharkov, Osnova, August 1943 (white 5, red nose and black/green scheme)
My questions are the following;
