Hi!
This aircraft was built in 1940. This is a single seat fighter trainer. The testers noted his good aerobatic characteristics. To improve the acceleration characteristics recommended to install MV-6A aircraft engine and test again. But in beginning of the war, all work was stopped on the TI-28.
