Hyperscale has a review of it. http://goo.gl/tOc46

I've purchased that! Now to start collecting photos of the real airplane. I've found one, here on these forums. Smiley

HI Jon

sadly, that's is the only photo I have ever seen of a klimov engined P-40.   Otherwise there are just profiles .
Details here in this thread
http://sovietwarplanes.com/board/index.php?topic=900.0

There are plenty of A-20 Boston options available, early RAF camoflaged C models, G models as nightfighter, G torpedo bomber, and G models with gun nose converted into navigator and bomb/torpedo aimer [there is a Russian site on 51 MTAP with LOTS of photos]
also some pics here for inspiratiopn
the RAF camo ones are photos 4, 7 and 10.  Soviet turret fitted is photo 9
http://lend-lease.airforce.ru/photogallery/boston/index.htm

Tip, all the boxings of the Xutong Tu-2 kit[ie bomber version  which don't use them]  come with torpedoes, which are the type fitted to the Boston torpedo bombers;)

For Hurricanes, the IIB regunned by the VVS is an interesting subjetc, there are various threads here on this, icluding one with drawings showing the new guns.

Haha, they also have this.  http://www.brengun.cz/e-shop/1-48-accessories-22/toilet-bomb-for-skyraider-848#!lightbox[product]/1/

I'm not familiar with the story, but I bet it's interesting.

Toilet bomb... maybe a piece to install into some peripherical airport?

in-depth analysis of the event at:

youtube evidence at:

While this experiment  Huh can be thought of as some sort of military humor others might attribute the episode to boredom and a fertile imagination..

Looks like a very popular modelling subject!

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy "war humor'' It looks a bit of the RAF war beer runs! only these were not bombs, but actually filed with beer for the troops.
