Hello to all of you out there,

this is my first time on this forum.

Does any one of you know any thing about a MiG-3 with the number 3872 it could maybe have a red "65" on it?s
right side.
The pilot wich flew it was wing commander of the 122-th IAP Yury Alexeev who was shot down while on the patrol during Rzhev-Sychevskaya operation, four kilometers north of the village Chichakovo on August 15, 1942.
 Or can any one tell me where to search for such informations(preferably in english since I don?t speak russian)
