Interesting - looks more like a post-GPW aircraft.

This link has a photo with Yak-9's with the same #5 on the tail & possibly the same white banded Green Yak-9U that is only partially seen.

Translation.

Group Yak-9U in flight. Each of them pesetas the number "5" on the rudder. The aircraft is equipped with a number 29 antenna mast, the mast and the number 08 does not. Configuration without antenna mast was more common. The machine with the scion of the photo is a white band around the fuselage. Most likely it is a sign squadron commander.

Hi,
this is interesting; some photos of 1945 show planes with dark uniform upper surface, often interpreted as grey; if it's positively known that these Yaks were green, could easily be the same for Lavochkins.
