Good start, 66misos; I look forward to your work on this one! Those victory stars in the original photograph are somewhat hard to understand. I would think that the coloured stars were individual victories, whilst the broken outline stars are shared victories, but I find it hard to believe that a pilot had only 6 individual victories, and 24(!) shared victories, so there may be some other explanation for the stars. However, I do agree with your interpretation of those first 6 stars as being different from the remaining 24.

Hi Misos,
the original photo has a lot of white dots, so some restoration would be good.
The colorizing work is very good, as usual.

But, what are those three cross-like dots inside the rear canopy?

Hi Massimo,
I already work on that scratches and dirty. You are right there is too much of it.
Those little cross-like dots should be leafs from the tree behind Cobra:

Hi Misos, I think that it should be very dark brown as coffee, but I can't find photos now.
Have you already torned lights to orange and shados to blue? The colors look a bit flat as they are now. I would work a bit on the colors of the skin too.

Hi Massimo,
I adjusted lights&shadows as you proposed above. Plus I worked a bit on the skin and leather helmet. The final picture is already in the Gallery at http://sovietwarplanes.com/board/index.php?topic=1932.0
