I am looking for all available information on La5 Vicente Beltran of 960 IAP "Squadron them. Everything is so ... But I've met and the option where the keel and the presence of white lightning and stars.
Yet I would like to look into the matter.
And one more thing - the inscription . If the Spaniard did it it would be logical URSS, not the USSR. I'm right?

Yes, it would be URSS, but he could have traslitterated the Russian official name into SSSR.
