Oboznenko was the commander of 150 giap in 1943. So this is the 5th (known to me) evidence of the chevrons in 3 giak (and 1st evedense of the ring, hehe)

Hi Vlad,
very interesting photos.
The plane of the second photo looks to have a white band around the fuselage and a white spinner too.
Where can we see the photos of the MiG? Is it that winter camouflaged one?

coloured nose ring and the elevators full up, i think this is from having the seat belts tied around the control column to 'lock' the controls.
note also the slight sheen to the wing, cowl cowl band reflecting,  from polishing?

If I remember well, it was said that the plane had been of Kozhedub as a La-5F, and then rebuilt as a La-5FN for Estigneev. The following photos should be related:
