Hi guys,

I was searching for Yak-1 info, and i came along a announcement of a new Yak-1 book. Its from Kagero (www.kagero.pl) publishing.

http://www.kagero.pl/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=400:yak-1-voli&catid=95:aviation-of-ww2&Itemid=688

Its written by Sergei Kouznetsov and Alexander Rusetsk.

Any idea's, thoughts or remarks about this book?

Regards,

Remco

It's a book I'd like to own, and in fact, I started to place an order - the price of 17 Euros is very attractive for what looks like a very useful reference. However, when I went to the checkout, the shipping cost of 23 Euros (to Canada) stopped me in my tracks...  Sad

Hi John,

It seems that the book is approx 27 a 30 Euro's, wherever you look in europe. Maybe its better to wait for the book to arrive in the States/Canada, and see if the price is right....

Thanks for the headsup. I have a fairly large collection of Kagero Monographs, and I find them useful references as well as interesting background reading material. I will almost certainly get this one also.
