Hello,

Just a stupid question  Huh But what kind of font is used on La-5F and FN ? I talk about the tactical number in white with red or blue outlining.
I need this information to create my own decal to make "white 19" with probably blue outlining.
See here for my project: http://massimotessitori.altervista.org/sovietwarplanes/board/index.php?topic=2163.0

Sorry Steph,
I am not aware of fonts that are perfectly adaptable. I made my own font.
If you want, I can send an enlarged file with them, so you can try to obtain decals.
Anyway, they are in .psd format. I think that a vector graphic format would be better, but I haven't it.
As an alternative, you could scan, adapt and print numbers from a decals sheet in a different scale.
Please let me know.
Regards

Hi Steph,
I've sent two .psd files to your private mail. I hope that you can find them useful.

Hi Johann,
good image.
It seems to mix two fonts that were slightly different: the more rounded (3,6,8,9) are good for La-7s of Z.21, while the more angular ones (0,2,5) of z.381. The 1 without the nose should be of z.21, the one with the nose of z.381.

Hi Johann. Can you output the page to EPS, AI or SVG format? If so, I'd love to obtain a copy of the file.

Thanks,
Pip
