Hi Jason,
thank you.
I am not sure about color on the bottom - silver/grey or light blue (AIIg)?
According to http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fww2/i21.html the Prototype #1 made his first flight on July 11, 1940 and the Prototype #3 flew from March 1 until May 26. The program was cancelled on June 6, 1941.
Light blue AIIg was introduced sometime in 1940.

Hi Jason,
thank you for comment.
According to the info at http://massimotessitori.altervista.org/sovietwarplanes/pages/colors/1940-1941/1940-41.html I changed bottom color from silver to light blue AIIg and replaced picture in my post above.

Hi Misos,
it is a beautiful profile, but I note some difference behind the tail wheel; on the photo, the profile of the fuselage and rudder there seems straight. Besides I have the impression that the chord of the rudder and fin should be increased, I would delete the reflection on the 'tooth' of the rudder hinge to make it more flat, and reconsider where the balance weight of the ailerons is joined; the balance weight should be more on shadow.
Regards
Massimo

Hi Massimo,
thank you for comment. I corrected all mentioned details.
Would it be possible, please, to move this "Pashinin I-21" folder from "Pre-GPW Aviation > Pre-WWII Aviation > Monoplane fighters of '20s and '30s" to "Great Patriotic War Aviation > Great Patriotic War > Other Soviet-built single-engined planes"?
Thank you.
