Hello all, back on a Russian research kick....Using one of those Fire tablets so please excuse my paragraph indenting and spelling as this bloody thing is too sensitive to errant finger grazing.  Would like to ask why the cockpit access door is dark rather than a lighter color one would expect for a cockpit interior?   Thanks!

Hi,
I think that the inside of the door was painted green as the outside because it was very visible from above when opened. It looks even darker, it could be a matter of less fading because of minor exposition to the sun.
