Hi,

If I want to build something quickly than I always take an Eduard kit from the shelf.
Last year January I have chosen this Rata. The painting was a challange. For some time I have  not found this light green among the standard paints, however the photo looked similar, but  according to the documents the A II Green would be the right one. I have used the pains of Mr. Paint, and I have modified a little the green. The green surface is broken a little by underpaintings and different lighted varnishes.

Hi,
what plane will you reproduce? That blue tail let me think to a profile I've already seen.

Hi Istvan,
the plane had some slogan Za Huh??.  It is better to guess a  slogan, Za Rodinu, Za CCCP, Za Stalina, than to leave an uncompleted one.
Anyway the model is extremely good looking.

 Hi Massimo!

The varieties of the Za…..are boundless.
Eduard issued the decal with this unfinished slogan. Nobody knows how the slogan continues.
It can be possible when I finish it, I will put a mechanic with a paint bowl and brush beside the kit.

Hi Istvan,
this can be a good idea, I would say the best way to justify an uncomplete slogan.
