Do you mean "Истребители И-16 тип 24 на аэродроме, фото 1940 г." ?
I think 4 MGs + late shade of spinner means type 24.

The landing gear cover seems as on type 10 and early type 18. The door on the right side suggests late type 18 or type 24, but could be refitted to earlier types. I am not 100% sure though.
