Hi, I've updated the page on Type 29, both photos, drawings and text.
I think that the exhaust pipes of the drawings have still to be improved, I'll do it in future.
Regards Massimo

Hi Vlad, the attribution of the angular camouflaged I-16 is from M-Hobby 9/2010, article of Timin: И-16 из состава 178-го ИАП 6-го ИАК ПВО. Са- молеты окрашены в черно-зеленый камуфляж и несут звезды в четырех позициях.
So you just mistyped 168 "Type 28 (or 27?) of the 168 IAP of the PVO, probably in spring 1942."

Hi, I'm working again on the I-16 page. I've made some marginal corrections on drawings and improved the page on the engine and on weapons. now I'm working on a small page with drawings of the Type 12. I hope to start with some profile colors before the end of the year. Regards Massimo

Thank you, Massimo - your work is very much appreciated! I've been referring to your I-16 pages almost every day while I'm working on an I-16 type 5 conversion from the Amodel UTI-4.

Hi all, I'm working for color templates of I-16s. Here are three views of an early Type 10. Im working to make color drawings of all the versions to replace the line drawings, then I'll start to use them for a collection of color profiles. I've done Type 10, 18, 24, 24P, 24R till now. Gun versions will follow soon. Regards Massimo

Hi, excellent work. I've seen some I-16s of interest. Part of plane 75 (silver winter finish) appears from both sides and seems a type 18. Ithink that there is some uncropped version of the first photo where one can see more of plane 75. Regards Massimo

Looking again at n.75, I think to see the scissor at the base of the landing gear leg and a leather protection to the edge of the cockpit, this suggests a Type 24, as the plane with the emblem. Plane 34 seems a Type 10 for the thinner shape of its prop blade and the lack of a small cushion on the collimator.
