Hi all,
I've received four pages with profiles of the Yak-1 family by Misos and I've uploaded them on the forum.
I've also divided the Yak-1 page from Yak-7/9 page.
The work can be found here:
http://massimotessitori.altervista.org/sovietwarplanes/pages/yak1/yak1.htm

The new page could be expanded. For example, I would improve the links section, both on Yak-1 and on other Yaks. Who can suggest good links related to Yaks, please?
Regards
Massimo

Hi,
beautiful photo indeed.
Another photo leaves a doubt:

this plane seems a Yak-3 or a Yak-9 VK-107, that are not mentioned between those utilized by this regiment.

The photo that I linked from your page, you can see in my post, is not a yak-1 o 7, most probably a Yak-3. According to the text of the page, the unit never used Yak-3s.

I've a doubt, I've seen the forum with another computer and I haven't seen the photo in the post. It was this one:
http://ava.org.ru/iap/153g/gnezdilov.jpg
Who knows why... I can see it if I look to the forum with my own computer.

My impression of the cooler is that is big and moved backwards as Yak-3.
