Hi all,
I've added a new page on the site: it offers links to translations of some documents of Soviet era about the painting of planes.
http://massimotessitori.altervista.org/sovietwarplanes/pages/translations/translations.html
There are  translations of tables from Soviet manuals and a translated scan of the pages of Albook Makrasok of related to paints for planes.
The most part of the research and all the translation work is by Daniele Righi.
Should anyone have suggestions, they will be welcome.

Regards
Massimo

Hi Massimo,
I have built a lot of models of the beginning of WWII, French, Slovak, Greek, Yugoslav  but only 3 VVS planes, all Yakovlev UT-2: UT-2
I'm currently building a serie of 9 Polikarpov U-2 , among them some   types which are not available in injected kits (S1, S2, S3, Po2-M).

Hi Bernard,
nice work indeed.
Have you published photos of your non-soviet models anywhere?
