here https://massimotessitori.altervista.org/sovietwarplanes/pages/tu-2/misos/black-green/black-green.htm

At first, no Tu-2S existed in 1942, Tu-2S is the second large serial modification that began to be produced at the plant No.23 from the middle of 1943.

This is TU-2VS No.716 of production of plant No.166, in the fall of 1942, modified as prototype Tu-2S at plant No.156 in the summer 1943, photo at the time of flight tests in October 1943

In these photos, Tu-2VS of the first series of production of the plant No.166, in the spring of 1942

Hi,
Misos asks a suggestion of a good way to rework the page.  I suppose that he should make the trasparent front. Maybe some rework on the frames of the gunners canopy? Else, is the drawing good enough to describe the modified plane as on the first photo?

To be honest, the drawing is inaccurate. Enough correct drawings have never been published and the existing plastic models are also far from the correct representation of this aircraft.

Hi,
I don't think that he will make a radical change on all profies. If there are some details that are visibly not corresponding to any of the related photos, it's another thing. I think that the best thing would be to change it into a Tu-2 VS of 1942, else that camouflage is not representative of production planes.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just the Tu-2 VS of the first series. This is part of the air conditioner.

This is a combatant Tu-2VS of 5 or 6 series, manufactured at the factory # 166 in 1942

47 it's not a BAP, this is Strategic Intelligence subordinate to the General Staff. I hardly believe that these serious guys would want to put such a noticeable mark to their staff.  If you are satisfied with fortune telling on coffee grounds, the best candidate is 12 BAP
