Here's something new at Linden Hill (scroll down to December 20):

Has anyone seen this book, and is it worth adding to the MiG-3 library? Thanks!

John

Hi John, Smiley
I know that book , I have a copy since this summer.  As contents, the book is rich... of stolen things. You can find dozens of profiles of mine, downloaded from my site without even asking, and some profiles from other known books and magazines too. To say nothing about photos.

Thanks, Massimo! I had a feeling that the two profiles on the cover of the book looked familiar - there is something about them that looks like your work. I'm glad I asked - you saved me from buying it! I'm sorry to hear that you have been the victim of this piracy. Now is a good time to thank you for sharing your research with us on this site for free - speaking for myself, I appreciate it very much! Unfortunately, it allows others to profit unfairly from your work, as we see in the case of this book.

I encourage everyone to buy Massimo's own excellent MiG-3 book:

Available (among other places) direct from the publisher, here:

Hi, Smiley
I'm not happy to say so, but it is real piracy.
