hello Massimo
All those winter Mig-3 belonged to 148 IAP and Pe-2 from 99 BAP
The time of pictures is December 1941 - January 1942, Brianskiy front. The both regiments fromt the RAG-4 (Rezervnaya Avia Grupa - Reserve Avia Group).
Mig-3 Nr.40 was mount of leitenant Panfilov Evgenyi Maksimovich.
The pilot who has came back with with the hole in the wing root is - mayor (major) Koshevoi, the name is not known yet.

There is one more pilot in the pictrues, sitting in the cockpit in the readiness Nr.1 but his initial are not known yet.

Great thanks goes to Mikhail Bykov aka M_Bykov for help on the subject
