I was sure this was covered in one of the "Ordnance" monthly features on the VVS.hobbyvista site, but I'm darned if I can find it. I found Part 1 (rockets) and Part 4 (heavy bombs - 2000Kg) but I could not turn up anything on the FAB-250. I wonder where parts 2 and 3 are?

there were few types of FAB250, I don't know which specifically you have in mind.

Length varied between 1720-1820mm depending when and where made.  It looks that wartime production had length of around 1800mm.
Diameter = 325mm
Stabilizer span = 441mm
