Hi all,

After a long project on another model, I have gotten back into the Trumpeter 1/48 scale MiG-3 that I started over a year ago.  In looking at pictures of build ups of this kit and of the real machines, it looks to me like the kit's landing gear puts the front end of the model too far off the ground.  Is it just me, or am I seeing correctly?  And if so, any thoughts on how much shorter the kit's gear should be?  My take is at least 1/32", maybe a bit more.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Happy New Year and Cheers, Jim
