I'm looking for pictures of Yak-9T cockpit behind the pilot's headrest. I am trying to put some detail in Dako's 1/72 model.

I remember posting something about this a year or two ago, but I can't find it on this forum - maybe it was lost in the hobbyvista forum crash. The images were scanned from the book, "Yak-9 - Soldier of the Sky", and I still have them on my computer at home. If no one else posts them, I'll do it later today, after work! Wink

Here are the radio installation diagrams from "Yak-9 - Soldier of the Sky"; let me know if this is not enough, and I'll keep looking:

Here's an article about building the Dakoplast 1/72 Yak-9T which might be of interest, from Scalemodels.ru:
http://scalemodels.ru/modules/myarticles/article_storyid_753.html

Yak-9 walkaround:

Please show us some images of your progress if you can!

Thanks for the drawings, but these are all for standard Yak-9 (before cockpit was moved backward). Was the instalation same for T version?

Oh, BTW that guy on scalemodels.ru is doing exactly the same thing like I did on my Dako Yak - scratchbuilt gear bays are executed in EXACTLY the same way (what are the odds? Shocked)

My understanding is that the first drawing shows "early versions" and "major versions". I believe what you want is the details for the major versions, which would include all late Yak-9's. I hope this helps! I'll do some more looking when I get home from work tonight.
