That could be what Pilawskii?s calls ?production logs?, or ?factory records? in his SAFFC book.  With this table and well known, published photos, anybody could make such a book.  Lips Sealed

This one of items that would have made SAFFC a better book, some of the info is scattered through it, but list of what was built where and when like this would be of use, especially if tied in with schemes applied.

Actually where the factories were in the  USSR would be of interest too.

You (and DGM and Troy) are welcome! I assume you know about Rodionov's Chronology of the Soviet Aviation Industry from 1916 to 1946? It helps that you can read Russian, though! The pages are huge - Google Translate won't even attempt them; Babel Fish seems to be trying, but after 20 minutes of watching the little fish swimming desperately upstream against a torrent of Cyrillic text, I gave up on it:
