UT-1 flown by V.P. Fumes during the racing Moscow-Sevastopol-Moscow in on 25 July 1937, a flight of 2816 miles with 19 concurrent planes. Fumes won the racing with a time of about 17 hours.

The plane was painted entirely in red, with some white details. The stripes on the vertical tail seem a bit rounded and slightly extemded over the fin, but this impression could also be due to the blurried screenshots.
