Drawing by Tapani Tuomanen
UT-1 transferred from the Air Force to the Osoaviakhim and remarked as SSSR-S3552. The plane preserves both the national insignas and the civil immatricolation. Moscow, 1940.
The white finish is well evident when compared to the silver planes on the background. The shape of the red drawing on the nose and landing gear covers is slightly different, more angular, than the standard one.
Photo of a similar plane of Osoaviakhim showing the typical way that the fuselage red band connects to the stripes on the rudder, different from the planes of the air force.
