Hello Massimo and Sovietwarplaners! I hope you are all fine.
I'm back with something Soviet, but on tracks. I made it one year ago, now I'm on Japanese aircraft mood, but I hope to make an aircraft with red stars soon.
This is the 1/35 T-34/76 UZTM Zvezda kit with Eduard photoetched details. The soldiers are Zvezda too, with Hornet heads, MicroCosmos machine guns and Microdesign photoetched slings.

Hi Otto, nice to have your news. I'm fine enough, and hope the same for other people.
Thank you for the photos, it is a very good model. I particularly like the painting of the figures. The photoetched belts have given a worthy result. Are the insignias of rank on the collar painted by brush, or any aftermarket?
I think to remember that Eduard is selling some prepainted ones.
I like the tank too. I have built a Su-100 of Zvezda and I was rather satisfied of its quality for its price. I only disliked that the inner faces of hatches weren't detailed enough for a good result in open position, and that lacked optional parts to make postwar ones without surgery or aftermarket. Even omitting the cylindrical tanks would have required surgery to recover their supports.
Regards
Massimo

Hello Massimo. The ranks on the collars are painted. You better look at them from a certain distance... Zvezda kit is not overengineered but good. For inner and extra details you need aftermarket. Also Zvezda figures are good, but the faces are too relaxed. 3D-printed weapons and photoetched belts are a must if you want realism.
