This is my Soviet two-seater Hurricane that I built using as a base the 1/72 Revell kit of the Hurricane Mk.II.

The Soviets, apparently, converted in local workshops a reduced number of combat worn Hurricanes into two-seat trainers adding a second open cockpit in the rear fuselage. I based this conversion on few pics I found on the web of such aircraft.

Bulding the second cockpit was also the main difficulty I encountered in this project. I had to carefully advance in cutting and triming its place in the rear part of the kit's fuselage. The elements for the second cocpit and also the second windscreen were taken from another Revell kit. The model was painted using Gunze and Tamyia acrylics.
