A.V. Vorozhejkin was born in 1918. He participated in fights of the GPW from June 1941.
Yak-7B from 728 iap had red noses during short period since Nov 6, 1943. Since loses started to increase, they repainted them back to standard grey-grey. In december 1943, 728 iap received Yak-9 planes.
